This  evolving model is made available for you to access anytime online allowing you to review finishes and spaces in 3D from your own home.

We can simulate natural and artificial light using real-world ISO-rated fittings and geolocated sun-lighting. Not only will you get a highly accurate sense of how each room will feel throughout the day and under different lighting configurations, we can even seasonally track the light and shadows through a room precisely down to the minute!

These technologies also allow us to analyse passive solar performance—sun shading, heat loading, ventilation—with real accuracy. This not only improves the comfort and liveability of your home, it equips us to design intelligently to help reduce operating costs over the life of your home, both for now and generations to come.

Our principal architect has passed the notoriously difficult exam from Germany to become a Certified Passive House Designer.  While you might not choose to build a passive house, passive house design principles can still be applied in the design of your home.
