Description (new) / Kitchen, Laundry, Powder Room, Living Room, Dining, Study, Bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 2 storey extension

RNA were engaged to extend onto the back of a beautiful Californian bunglow in Surrey Hills. From the street frontage we wanted to hide the new second storey as much as possible. As you enter the house your walk through a dramatic double height space up to the living area. Cross ventilation was achieved through creating a Venturi effect with operable louvres.
