Description (new) / Kitchen, Laundry, Powder Room, Living Room, Dining, Alfresco, Study, Bathroom, 4 bedrooms

RNA were engaged to extend onto the back of a beautiful Californian bunglow in Surrey Hills. A green wall and innovative use of clerestory cross-ventilation were key design initiatives. A east west aspect was adopted to maximise the use of the site.
